Returns and exchanges are accepted at our discretion within 14 days from the day of purchase. The item has to be in it’s original new and unused condition with its packaging. The original receipt must be included with every return. Returned items could be exchanged for webshop credit. Please contact us with your concerns prior to shipping a product back, so we can send you a return address.
The cost of returning products is your responsibility. Please use a trackable delivery method with insurance for your return. We are not responsible for items lost.
Sale items or free shipping items CANNOT BE RETURNED.
REFUNDS
